Frequently asked questions
Just me — Orlando. No juniors, no outsourcing. You work directly with the person doing the work.
You can make requests directly via our Trello board. You can attach notes, sketches, mood boards, Google Docs, CAD drawings, or 3D models.
You can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like! I will work through them one by one.
Once a request is received and confirmed by me, you’ll receive an update on your design within an average of 2- 3 business days. Depending on the complexity of the request, an update could include a finished design or a work-in-progress version for your review. If I can’t provide an update within that timeframe, I’ll reach out right away with a revised timeline.
Don’t worry! I’ll continue revising the designs until you’re 100% happy with the results.
Complex projects — like multi-room experiences — are broken into milestones, with progress updates every 2-3 business days until the full scope is done.
To ensure high-quality and quick turnarounds, I focus exclusively on 3D Design and Rendering. This means I don't provide creative direction, graphic design, technical CAD drawings, complex 3D sculpting, or animation. Additionally, all communication is handled directly through your Trello board to keep production moving without the delay of external meetings.
Run out of work? Just hit pause and pick back up when you're ready. Billing runs on a 30-day cycle — pause on day 10 and your remaining 20 days are saved for later. Unused days expire after 12 months.
Absolutely — one month or a full year, it's up to you. Come back whenever you have new work.
Cancel within the first 7 days for a 75% refund. After that, refunds aren’t available.
SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for rendering.
I don’t provide fabrication drawings, but my SketchUp source files follow standard fabrication practices and can be shared directly with your preferred vendors.
Yes — I can send one during onboarding, or I’ll review and sign yours.
